Most of the items we sell are pre owned and fall into four categories:
NEW - Item with original tags attached
EXCELLENT - Item shows no serious wear.
VERY GOOD - Item shows some light wear (i.e. small pulls, marks, scratches etc).
GOOD - Despite signs of wear, the piece is so special that we still list it for sale.
We also sell new merchandise which is marked accordingly
NEW / CONTEMPORARY - These items are first hand and we purchase them directly from the respective manufacturer.
Please allow a 24 hour grace period for confirmation of your purchase. All items sold online are also for sale in-store and in the event that the item you purchased has already sold in-store, you will be refunded within 24 hours.
All shipping in Germany is done through DHL.
After your order has been placed, we will do our best to get your goods ready for dispatch within 48 hours. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within 1 to 5 working days to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the choice of shipping method and delivery location, provided that the delivery is within the EU. If payment is made in advance, delivery will only take place after the full purchase price has been credited to our account.
For shipments outside the EU, the delivery time may be longer. Experience has shown that the delivery time to countries subject to customs duties is 2 to 7 working days. Please note that we bear the insurance of the goods as well as any costs for accompanying documents. The item prices are inclusive of German VAT, but without customs fees. Please note that for each country, all import sales taxes, other taxes, customs and handling fees are charged separately by DHL, which you have to bear. Questions about the amount of taxes and fees incurred in your country should be directed to our customer service via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you may have to bear foreign bank charges.
Customs fees, import sales tax and handling fees from DHL will not be reimbursed in the event of a return.

In order to offer a customer friendly service, we accept returns on most clothing items. Please note that all clothing items must be returned to us unused with all tags still attached. Clothing items must also be in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
As soon as you have decided you would like to return an item, let us know. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You have 7 days to return your order for a full cash refund. If your order has been returned to us later than the given 7 days, you will be given store credits.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward this via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please not that all sales on shoes, handbags, jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, and other non-clothing are FINAL.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your order was returned later than 7 days, you will be sent a unique code per email to use with your next purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please note that all of our vintage items are unique pieces and are therefore not available for exchanges.
Shipping Your Returns:
Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in case you return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item worth over 50,- EUR, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
