Please note:
After six wonderful years in Frankfurt, we have moved to Berlin . We no longer operate a showroom there, but our online shop remains open.
You are welcome to continue selling your pre-loved treasures through us. Please note that we are currently only accepting bags, jewelry, and other accessories . You are welcome to drop these items off at our office after scheduling an appointment .

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Generally, we only accept clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories that are in very good condition and show no or very minor signs of wear. Exceptions are genuine vintage items, which, however, should be in well-maintained condition commensurate with their age. We do not accept dirty or damaged goods. Shoes should be like new. If you have receipts or certificates of authenticity for your items, please bring them with you, as well as the corresponding dust bags for shoes and bags and any other original packaging. If we suspect an item might be counterfeit or if we have any doubts about its authenticity, we will not accept it. Your items will be offered for sale both in our physical store and in our online shop.
ASSUMPTION
When you bring your items to us, we will decide together which ones are suitable for sale. You will then sign a consignment agreement with us, and we will contact you within five working days to inform you of the potential selling prices we have determined. In doing so, we take into account both the condition and the age of the items.
The price of the item is based on the usual selling prices on common online portals. Only when you agree to the proposed selling prices will the transaction proceed.
Once they are available, the items go on sale.

DURATION OF SALE
We generally keep your goods for at least three
You will receive payment for your items at the agreed-upon selling price in our store or online shop for several months. In the event of a sale, we will inform you at the end of each quarter and transfer your commission via bank transfer. If your items remain with us for more than 12 months , please contact us regarding the possible storage of your goods or their return . If you wish to collect your unsold items, please arrange an appointment with us in advance . We will then have your items ready for collection and kindly ask you to keep the appointment.
Alternatively, you have the option of putting your unsold items up for sale .
Please note that we may then reduce the price of your goods by up to 50% of the originally agreed minimum selling price, and your proceeds will be affected.
Accordingly, luxury items such as handbags from
Hermès, Chanel, etc. are excluded from such price reductions.
Should your items not sell even during the sale and you still refuse to take them back, or repeatedly fail to keep previously agreed collection appointments , we will donate your items to
corresponding charitable purposes.
You are welcome to offer classic and non-seasonal items to us for a longer period by prior arrangement.
